Numerous staff training and organisation development consultancies concerning management and leadership, inter-personal skills, team development and personal effectiveness, including as examples: facilitating action learning sets for research staff at Bournemouth; team development at the University of Birmingham, UCLan and the LSE; numerous leadership and management development programmes, including 360 degree feedback and MBTI diagnostics at Wolverhampton and Lincoln; facilitation of change at Stirling and at Blackpool Councils and in support of the newly emerging University for Cumbria.
I provide organisation wide development needs analysis, as at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, and one to one management coaching, for example at Liverpool University.
My work with teams includes facilitation of an awayday for the Hull University Council, several residential team development events with Faculty management teams and with the LIS management team at the University for Cumbria, as well as numerous Action Learning Sets.
I work as an Associate of the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education, and I am the Regional Co-ordinator for the North West of England and Northern Ireland.
I am an accredited MBTI Step I and Step II assessor and practitioner.
